UV measurement UV radiometers are calibrated instruments that measure UV energy in relation to a standard UV source. On-Line monitoring instruments are not calibrated... they indicate UV energy relative to a user-defined benchmark. |

PowerPuck II
EIT PowerPuck II
- Used in curing applications of inks, adhesives, soldermasks, and epoxies (not for use in web press applications)
- Incorporates 4 separate spectral response ranges and measures all 4 simultaneously
- Easy to read data display of all 4 bands. Data collected for all 4 bands is displayed simultaneously on screen in mW/cm2 and mJ/cm2 for quick and easy viewing by the operator. No need to toggle through all eight readings one at a time.
- Graph Mode - A graph illustrating the collected UV irradiance and energy is displayed for each of the 4 UV bands. Data is expressed in mW/cm2 vs. time.
- Measures UV lamp performance (and possible bandwidth shift for doped lamps)
- Compares the efficiencies of different UV curing systems.
- See Brochure

PowerMap
EIT PowerMap Plus
- "Records" the UV intensity and temperature throughout a UV curing system
- Simultaneously measures peak power density and total energy density in four spectral regions
- Uses 4 UV detectors (UVA, UVB, UVC and UVV visible)
- Provides the user with a graphic profile of each part of the UV spectrum..
- Supplied with Windows based PowerView software.
- Adjustable sampling rate from 128 to 2048Hz.
- Use high sampling rate to view lamp and power supply stability
- Provides an excellent analysis of any UV curing system.
- Provides solid SPC information.
- Brochure and specifications.
- See example screen shots of PowerView Software.

3D
EIT 3D Sensor
- Multiple measurement points - up to 32 sensors!
- Small, low profile Sensor with cosine response, each calibrated and serialized.
- Individual Sensors are single band and are available in any of EIT's four standard (UVA, UVB, UVC or UVV) bandwidths. The sensors can be combined in any combination of bandwidths to meet the measurement needs of your UV source(s) and process.
- Sensors are easily attached on either a permanent or a temporary basis.
- Flexible daisy-chained quick connector system allows the Sensors to be placed exactly where they are needed without creating an octopus maze of cables.
- An LED on each Sensor can be toggled via software to easily identify its location on the work piece.
- See Brochure
